  • We have also installed the Les Mills Virtual class system in the indoor Yoga Room. I will be setting up weekly scheduled virtual classes that members can sign up for exactly as you do for our existing in-person classes.  This system is not meant to replace our wonderful instructors, but will be scheduled outside of our current offerings to help fill in the gaps. It will also be used to replace any canceled classes due to an  instructor calling out in an emergency or taking a vacation. Victoria has reviewed the list of classes and recommended ones that most resemble her teaching style.
  • This system can also be used individually by a member or a small group of members as long as no other programming is scheduled in the Yoga room. Please check with the front desk to confirm that no other events are scheduled in the room before choosing a program. There are step ups and weights available either outside the yoga room on the deck or in the hallway leading to the room from the lobby.  Each class will pop up a list of equipment you will need during the program.

  • Infrared Suana & Red Light Therapy Update

Both of these modalities are becoming more popular with our members.  Please observe the rules to allow fair access. Be courteous and limit sauna sessions to 30 minutes and red light therapy to 20 minutes when others are waiting. Also let them know how much time you have left and exit the sauna as soon as you are done with your session.

You may not be aware that both of these modalities cost between $25 -$40 per session at other wellness centers in the area and we are offering it free to our members. We hope you enjoy this new wellness offering

  • Reminder: No cell phone conversations in the indoor or outdoor gyms.  Take any personal calls to the social areas or outside the club. Please be aware of members around you who are trying to enjoy their fitness routine.
